Purchase Policy

Please read before filling out application.

 

Section I

    Monetary
Clause (A)

Full payment or a 50% deposit is required for the purchase of an in-stock puppy.  The deposit reserves your puppy until scheduled pickup date and 8 weeks old for shipping.

Clause (B)

Balance is due when puppy is ready for pickup. If full payment is not made prior to pickup via credit card or mail-in payment, cash on delivery is required. The buyer is responsible for pick up or shipment.

Clause (C)

A nonrefundable waiting list fee is required to be placed on the waiting list.  When a litter is born, a nonrefundable deposit totaling 50% of the total cost will be due. This deposit reserves your puppy until scheduled pickup date or 8 weeks old for shipping.

Clause (D)

If Doberman puppy is not picked up on scheduled date, a daily boarding fee of $20.00 will incur.

Clause (E)

All puppies come microchipped with AKC Reunite lifetime enrollment. Cost is
included in the price of a pup.

Section II

    Inclusions, Guarantees, Rights, & Returns

Clause (A)
LA Dobies puppies are sold with Limited Registration AKC papers on the puppy will be given on day of pickup.

 

Clause (B)

The BREEDER'S goal in selling is to match the right Line with the right family.  We will make combination recommendations based on the customer needs. 

 

Clause (C)

The SELLER(BREEDER) will refund the deposit or replace the puppy at the SELLER's discretion if an incident occurs to the puppy while in the SELLER’s possession.  The breeder is not liable or responsible for any subsequent actions resulting from negligence or improper care of the puppy once sold.

 

Clause (D)

The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery.  For the protection of the BUYER and SELLER, we recommend that a Licensed Veterinarian of your choice examine the puppy within 48 hours of sale.  If the puppy is declared in unacceptable health that’s life threatening or has any genetic problems, you are guaranteed to have your puppy replaced or your money refunded pending the return of said puppy within 72 hours of purchase date at the BUYER's expense.  SELLER reserves the right to second opinion at the expense of BUYER(You).

 

Clause (E)

The BUYER has the right to change sex or color when a litter arrives pending availability.

 

Clause (F)

If the puppy is returned, all registration documents must be return with said puppy. If a licensed veterinarian does not examine the puppy, no guarantee is made and no other grounds for refund or exchange will be accepted.

 

Clause (G)

The SELLER will make companion selections from Hybrid, Show, Sport, or Working Lines. The SELLER does not breed specifically for pets/companions.

 

 

 

Section III

      General

Clause (A)

A pickup date and time will be arranged.

 

Clause (B)

You will be notified when litter arrives. Once puppy is reserved,
you will receive weekly updates along with videos and pictures of the puppy.  
 

Clause (C)

Seller is not responsible for family emergencies, spousal disagreement or “change of mind”.  Seller will always welcome puppy back but no refund.

 

Clause (D)

All terms of this policy are binding. This agreement is to assure the well being and protection of the puppy.  No part of this agreement shall be altered without permission of LA Dobies.
